I checked online for items and confirmed they were in stock at the store. However, when I visited the store, the items were unavailable. When I asked the staff, they mentioned these items had been out of stock for over three weeks, with no update on when they'd be restocked.nnI also planned to buy some sale items, but even though they were placed on the special promotion shelf, they weren’t included in the sale. At the self-service counter, the cashier wasn’t able to leave their station to verify the price. When I returned to the shelf to check, the price wasn’t displayed either.nnOverall, it felt like a waste of time, and I left very disappointed.
Staff can be helpful but they do tend to be slow in coming forward to assist. Imagine how much they could actually sell to customers if they were more interactive. Burnings is the place you go to find stuff on your own the staff appear to be there just to take the payment. Just like a supermarket.
Very rude Indian guy at the customer services desk of the hardware department. I was asking about a product and I couldn't hear him over the huge noisy fan and let him know he just turned the computer screen around so I could see it said in a rude way they are out of stock and didn't even get off his lazy butt to come over to where I was standing as there was merchandise in the way of me getting closer so I could hear what he was saying. Haven't seen this worker here before, but definitely not good for business,Grey Lynn, Bunnings warehouse
WILL NOT VISIT THIS BUNNINGS AGAIN!!!nRudest white hair old man staff at the entrance. Was so rough, rips my receipt while taking it to scan and no acknowledgement of wrong doing no apology or anything. He stands there staring down everyone being intimidating, does not smile or greet anyone coming in and out the door. Really no point him standing there, waste of money hiring him to do nothing. He really lacks the skills to further his career. For someone that age to be acting like that its disappointing.nDO NOT FEEL WELCOME COMING INTO THIS GREY LYNN BRANCH THANKS TO HIM.
Best customer service every time! Aspen in Special Orders is exceptional, if you ever need to arrange a special order go thru her for sure!!
