Only helpful when you are buying and not complaining about faulty purchase. Purchased a spa from the store and while under warranty broke. When the store was notified they expected me to run troubleshooting procedures. Nothing worked and the store came back everytime with something else to try which became a bit much. Informed the store that it was not my responsibility as the customer to sort this out. The store then advised they would refund. When I returned the unit the store said they don't know how to perform a refund and their accountants will have to do it the following week after Kings Birthday but it might not happen Tuesday as they have payroll! How is that my problem???? This is not good enough!!!! The retail manager refused to come down and speak to us while we were there just told the staff member to inform us that this is the process and that was the end of it. So we left the Spa there and have to wait until they feel like doing the refund! Atrocious customer service!
Excellent service and very friendly and professional staff. The items I was after were not on stock in both Hamilton stores so I went all the way to Cambridge. The short drive was worthy it. Very friendly staff who were ready to assist the customer. And plenty stocks available. Not a very big store in size and has all you need. Very neatly presented and nice cafe and garden area to visuat even if you are not there to buy anything. Parking spaces avaialble at store front.
I shop here regularly and find staff are very helpful and professional. Purchased a washing machine with a faulty hose which will be replaced. I am very disappointed that due to policy and the item leaving the premises I am left to replace this hose myself after collection from mitre10 as they cannot send anyone to do it nor pick it up to replace the hose themselves. Not a good policy and after having to wait a few days it's pretty poor service.
We shop here often, it's very handy for items small or large for the house and garden. There are lots of helpful staff available to help us find what we need. From paint to plants, plumbing, wood, tools, lighting, hardware, storage, garden furniture, bbqs and so much more. Plenty of car parks and a nice cafe adjacent to the garden centre.
Called in on off chance of having camping stuff and low and behold found exactly what we wanted and thanks for the awesome discount much appreciated. A good variety of outdoor stock
