Excellent service, full stop. I was after some advice. Staff were proactively approaching me to offer assistance. There seemed a lot of staff roaming on the floor to assist customers. This was on a late Wed morning. Ample parking in front and easy to get too from all directions. Recommending others to visit the store. I would return to this particular store again even if Te Rapa branch is closer to me.

I experienced absolutely first-class customer service at Bunnings Hamilton South this morning. I returned a 2x2x2m cubed garden bag, but I found it could not be collected from Huntly. The return and refund from my receipt was processed promptly and was back in my account within the hour.nI then got a single shot caramel latte and a steak and cheese pie from the care onsite, and found both were delicious!nThe counter staff and the cafe staff were prompt, extremely courteous and extremely professional. Bunnings staff here are of a standard that others could very well be measured by. Two thumbs, way up!
