Fantastic service and top quality furniture for reasonable prices. I highly recommend this store. Lots of choice, very helpful. I even had same day delivery, which the delivery guys are really good. They set the sofa up for me so it was all ready to sit on. They also offer disposal of old suite which is good value and saved me trying to get rid of it. A big thank you to all of you for a fantastic shop and service I love my new corner suite, even the dog has made herself comfy on it! lol thank you x
We had a new sofa and two armchairs for Supervalue Furniture, Mark said it would be 8 weeks for delivery and it was. So happy with our new furniture, top quality and great delivery services from the lads and thanks Mark and Melissa for great service as always.
Brought a new corner sofa. Absolutely love it. Everything we wanted for a great price. The delivery guys were awesome. They did everything they could to get the sofa inside the house. Cheers guys
I was recommended by a friend to go to visit SuperValue furniture and we couldn’t be more pleased with the sofa we received! After being let down by a major retailer for three months we chose a sofa from here and it was delivered two days later! They have amazing quality products and great customer service. They even came to our home and measured the room to check it would fit. Any questions I had, they swiftly replied over Facebook. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank so much to all your staff!
A great experience, from talking with Melissa on the phone, bouncing on loads of beds, lots of expert advice, deciding which mattress, price matching my choice through to next day delivery by two friendly staff members to bedroom and removal of unwanted mattress. An example of brilliant customer care, highly recommended.
They've got some good quality solid wood furniture here. Friendly staff who don't try giving you the hard sell like in large chain retailers.
We have shopped here twice before but I brought my parents in today for 2 wardrobes. They left with 3 wardrobes and a plant stand! The reason why people come out with more than they went in for is not pushy salesmen, it's salesmen who know their products and treat every customer like they're the only person there. 100% full attention given and good advice. Thanks guys!
We bought from Mark and the team three times and they've provided a seamless service. We had sofas delivered to Leeds, a bed delivered to Leicester and living room furniture delivered to Droitwich.
