The two people assigned to our job were very efficient. The leader knows exactly what needs to be done and his experience and skill was obvious. I was hesitant to book from the company but they have proven to be reliable and value for money. I’m happy to recommend to anyone.

I hired them to move a large piece of furniture.  Their prices are reasonable, they were careful with my furniture and were friendly and cheerful.  They did arrive later than expected, but once they knew they were going to be late, they were very good about communicating with me so I knew what was happening, and offered to reschedule the move if I wanted.  I will definitely use them again.

It was good decision of mine hiring these people. I had to shift some very expensive and fragile furnitures but these guys took really good care of my furnitures and shifted carefully. Very friendly and laborious staff members and prices are reasonable too. Highly recommended.

Do not use this inept company. They moved our stuff into storage. This experience was fine. When we booked them to move our stuff out of storage and into our new place they were unable to get the couch out. They gave up, leaving the couch in the house we were house sitting. We did not pay for the time they spent trying to remove the couch but they offered no solution to get it out despite putting it in there themselves. They claimed it was 'impossible'. Embarrassingly for Mister Mover and its inexperienced staff, we were able to work out the angle ourselves and removed the couch without their help. When I contacted Mister Mover to arrange delivery of our couch, they refused to do so without charging us an hour's labour. They created the problem, we found the solution, yet they still wanted to charge us. An absolute joke of a company with pathetic customer service and a short-sighted business sense. Anyone I know who finds themselves looking for a removal company will be advised to avoid Mister Mover.

Scam company. I had only 1 day to move and they showed up 30 mins late, didn't even call me to let me know, and did not apologize -- just gave excuses. The entire move took only 40 mins and through emails, the confirmed agreed upon total was $65/hr + $25 call out fee. After the move, the mover tried to solicit 'gas money' from me and said I needed to pay $125 because there was a 2-hour minimum (wasn't mentioned in the emails). I argued it and he called his supervisor, but the moment I spoke to the supervisor, he started literally yelling at me saying there was no such email agreement and that I have to pay the $125. The situation got very hostile and I ended up paying him just to get him out. Be careful of this company.
