The team helped me out when I needed a new car key urgently and worked late into the night to make sure it was done. Great service
I bring my key to get cut there. An indian guy get my key and said come back within 10mins because he has 3-4 more people at the back. After 10mins go bck he havnt cut my key yet and told me that give him another 5 mins because 1 more customer at my back. I told him I can wait here. please do for me because I have go. He return me my original key straight and said he wouldnt cut a key for me. Such a rude service expensive key cut and bad service. I go metre10 to get a quicker cut a key for only $4
Great Service absolute broken key put together with rubber bands and I wouldn't have been paranoid if explained procedure of needing to access car for digital read off from key ignition car was in a mess! prior to them doing their superb work!
Put Doorworks remote control through washing machine. Dried and tried new battery. Took to mr Minute North City. He tested and said no good new remote $150. I probably ruined #1button by pushing when weti agree He gave no other advice. I noticed other 3 buttons still light led when pushed. Looked up instructions on internet programmed #2 button works fine. Do not understand MrM reply to the above. The whole point is I asked for help and advice and none was given when the remote was repairable.Futhermore a pointless $150 sale was suggested.The reply does not make any sense, I have repaired the remote myself.Perhaps this confirms the help I should have been given in the first place!
I had 2 keys cut for our padlock at Bowling Club and they did not work as wrong base key used, took them back next day and owner replaced them while I waited, most impressed, well done.
Great service, nice and helpful. I recently had a car key duplicated here. They could do the key, ignition security chip and remote locking. Don't bother going to a dealership for that sort of thing take it here.
Asked for a quote to get a spare key cut for my mini, was told $375. When I went back a week later to have it done they said it would now be $450. Eventually they agreed to do it for the quoted price, and said it would take half an hour. An hour later they returned and told me they couldn't do it, and had also flattened my battery. I had to wait another half an hour for them to go home and get jumper cables and jump start my car so I could leave the mall. He promised to call his supplier to find out why he couldn't get the code and call me back which he never did. Do not recommend.
