Not a great look walking in yesterday - Saturday 21st to see three workers sitting down at the counter in the middle laughing with each other and didn't greet us at all while we walked through the shopwhich is the bare minimum to be said hi to Was not going to purchase anything or even bother to keep looking if that was the vibe, unfortunately. It's quite intimidating being a shopper having three workers in the middle all grouped up together.
Hands down best customer service I’ve had for a long time thanks to Christian from the Porirua store!! Makes a real difference when someone takes the time and effort to please the customer no matter how long it takes! Guy deserves employee of the month and a decent pay rise!! Awesome service!!!
