My first visit will not be my last! Such a lovely place & I didn't even know it was there. It is definitely bigger on the inside, opening to a lovely space with a variety of table sizes, an outdoor sheltered area with a heater, plus outdoor eating on the street. The place was busy but not too noisy & service was prompt & attentive. The meals are very generous, so bring your appetite; we ordered 2 meals to share between 3. The meals were delicious & presented on lovely tableware. Parking is on the street, only 1hr very close, but nearby side streets provide extra spaces. You must give this lovely local a try & soon.

As my mother lives interstate, I forgot that people would be out with their families... however they managed to seat us nice an close to an outdoor heater with some coffee to start in case anything opened up inside. Unfortunately and fortunately, their service was so quick that we hadn't been able to move indoors. None the less, they had incredible customer service, great coffee and a good array of food.

Fantastic experience. Family run business who really know what they're doing. Caters really well for large groups. Menu is excellent with very generous servings. Great coffee. Very very busy, always has a wait list to get a table, but it's certainly worth the wait. One of Melbourne's best cafes.

Things I like a lot about Mister and Miss: 1) Great coffee latte - optimal coffee strength with nice, creamy milk, though I wouldn't mind just a little stronger coffee 2) Generally good lunch servings, particularly excellent potato chips 3) Friendly and efficient staff members, who would ask for feedbacks during meals 4) Great interior ambience with loads of space However, I wish to suggest that the snow peas shoots served be 'younger' (hence, smaller and thinner) - the current ones are too tough to chew and swallow (hence, too mature). Last week, I happened to order a dish elsewhere served with quite generous portion of young-enough snow peas shoots, which were easy to chew and swallow. I hope the owners of Mister and Miss will order consignments of younger snow peas shoots soon.

Excellent. You can tell as it is ways full of customers. I believe they have been there a year and food is fantastic, deserts are great and the atmosphere is terrific. Jim the chef has been in the I did try a long time and good at his job. The business is run by 2 x friends , and it is good to see that apart from the many staff, the bosses are "hands on", leading by example, and doing the same work staff are doing.
