Staff member named Jonathan I think she using someone else name badgennRecently, my kids were excited to try the heavily promoted Grimace shakes. When I placed our order, then another lady pictured i didn’t want to take photo of her face, informed me that the shake machine was broken. I asked if other nearby locations had them, and they said they likely would. However, as we left, we saw several customers with Grimace shakes, including someone who had just ordered after us.nThis left my children and me feeling confused and upset. When I returned to clarify, the staff member insisted she misunderstood my question about the shakes, suggesting it was about the Grimace boxes instead. It was clear to me that she was trying to cover up her earlier LIE, she knew it was related to the shake. Because I mentioned about the shake machine, do not know why she would lie over this.nnI wish they would be trained to communicate honestly and effectively. This experience was frustrating and really disappointing.
Disgustingly filthy, full of young bucks screaming out. Horrible experience. Don't go inside to eat or drink.
Food quantity and quality is so bad when you do drive thru. We ordered large meal but received less then small portion of fries. Horrible!
Accidents waiting to happen when I saw it this morning, water leaking several spots from the roof and yet the staff didn’t care and couldn’t bother to place beware of slippery yellow signs.
Ordered a pick up yesterday cause my son saw the minion’s toy available in maccas. And some other deal. Item are put in the hello kitty bag and the happy meal box is minion’s but why the toy I choose became a cardboard of some multiversus card?while you advertise minions and hello kitty, why you don’t give my kid any of those toys instead of some cardboard? Can I return it and you exchange the toy’s please
