Ordered and waited 20mins before asking where my food was. Whole time the staff were just printing tickets then clearing them to make it look like they were really fast to head office. Meanwhile no one was getting their food and the 4 staff were just standing there in a circle. I eventually asked and was given my food that had been sitting on the counter for 10 minutes. Next time one of them ask for a pay rise, show them this review. Don't deserve a cent more!nnUpdate: gave the place one last try and got the chicken deluxe burger. As seen it cane raw. Serving plain uncooked, pink chicken is crazy!!! How is this place still open?!?!?
Staff member named Jonathan I think she using someone else name badgennRecently, my kids were excited to try the heavily promoted Grimace shakes. When I placed our order, then another lady pictured i didn’t want to take photo of her face, informed me that the shake machine was broken. I asked if other nearby locations had them, and they said they likely would. However, as we left, we saw several customers with Grimace shakes, including someone who had just ordered after us.nThis left my children and me feeling confused and upset. When I returned to clarify, the staff member insisted she misunderstood my question about the shakes, suggesting it was about the Grimace boxes instead. It was clear to me that she was trying to cover up her earlier LIE, she knew it was related to the shake. Because I mentioned about the shake machine, do not know why she would lie over this.nnI wish they would be trained to communicate honestly and effectively. This experience was frustrating and really disappointing.
Disgustingly filthy, full of young bucks screaming out. Horrible experience. Don't go inside to eat or drink.
Visited this store on Monday 18th December around 12 noon for lunch. Have been visiting this McDonald store every so often over the years as it is close to my home.nnHistorically the store operated ok from my perspectives with the usual shortcomings and strengths outlined in previous reviews by other customers.... however I had to leave a review today as I had an unpleasant experience.nnOrdered 1 x double quarter pounder set with other items see attached receipt.nnWhen it came out I had a bite of the double quarter pounder burger and it felt not right. When I looked inside the burger it is different beef patties. See attached picture. Having had double quarter pounder burgers in various Macca's over last 20+ years..pretty sure it is not quarter pounder beef patty, which is thicker and juicier more oily to certain extent. The beef patties in this burger is identical to the ones used on big Mac, which I have consumed my fair share over the years.nnWhen I approached the counter to question the store manager ?, I was told this is quarter pounder beef patty, for the last 3 years it has always been this beef patty...nnNow I am thinking, could it be:nn- I am mistaken and what I had over the years in various Macca's stores was in fact, thin, lean beef patties called quarter pounders.nn- Macca's have decided to reduce the beef patty size and texture, and still call it quarter pounder burger.nn- the store manager is flat out lying in my facennEnough of my spill, word of warnings for customers. Check your burger and food order.nnI will visit other Macca's store in search of a decent service and food as well as fast food can be.
