Ordered a bbq bacon Angus and the burger has got the wrong cheese and ordered a Big Mac sauce and it has less than a pump of sauce from the sauce gun.nWould be great if ur employees knew the burger builds and correct sauce gun pumps in the tubs.

There has been a significant decrease in the quality and timeliness of the orders. I have been going to this Maccas for years and it’s generally been quite good.nnBurgers really poorly put together, missing ingredients and squished, fries are often overcooked and dry, and nuggets have been hard.nnI got stuck in the drive thru for 10 mins tonight.nnThere were 2 cars ahead of me at the speakers, no one answering their order. Only one car at the window waiting for their order. There were a backlog of cars behind me.nnTried going inside, huge backlog of people of waiting as well. People waiting a while to order, some paying in cash. The server was issuing change and then handling food without washing her hands. I appreciate it seems like they were understaffed and under the pump doing their best but hygiene is paramount when serving food.nnI cancelled my order and left, by that time one of cars ahead of me still hadn’t left the drive thru yet!

Went to McDonald’s and had Ethan Davis on shift. I’ll give credit where it’s due – the man is a true pickle placement artist. Every burger came out with the perfect pickle-to-bite ratio. Honestly, Gordon Ramsay would weep.But… when it came time for the birthday balloons, disaster struck. Ethan could not pop a balloon to save his life. He tried twisting, stomping, even giving it the ol’ dramatic elbow drop. Nothing. Kids were laughing, parents were confused, and I’m pretty sure the balloons were winning.nSo yeah – 5 stars for pickles, but -10 stars for balloon popping.nWould recommend Ethan if you want a flawless burger. Would not recommend if you need someone to end a balloon’s life.

At 5:37PM on 15th Jan 2026 I was at the Drive Thru of the store to place a soft serve cone and a Fillet o’ Fish. The team member who took my order over the booth had a very unprofessional and unpleasant attitude. She took my order quickly and told me to drive on through even before I’m finishing. When I reach the counter I showed my code. But that team member said “I cannot take the code” in a rude way. I didn’t even got the time to tell my code when I was on the line and still refusing to add it. Poor service I ever experienced.

Was just enjoying my big arch, chicken wrap and some KFC chicken in the resturant until a purple hair manager disrespectfully booted me out instructing to “leave if you eat that here”. Acting like she owns the restaurant or something. So do I have to eat my KFC at kfc and eat maccas at maccas? Just stupid
