Unlike a few months ago when I was not satisfied at all, today I received the best pepperoni pizza from this branch and they deserved five stars.
Ordered normal size pizza with cheesy side, but received thin size pizza. We ordered not only one time from this shop, but this time is really disappointing us all!
Awesome pizza place! The quality of pizza in this outlet is excellent. The crust is super soft with lots of veggies and panner topping. We try spicy peppy paneer with a new puff base . Waiting time is less compared to other outlets. Plenty of parking place is available.
Ordered online and no pizza. Called and said refund in one week but no refund in 3weeks. Shop was closed for maintenance with no sign on door, only door closed.

This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered from this Domino’s. The first time I received the same Cheesy Garlic Bread with its bottom burnt and I had requested for a refund, to which they refused and sent me a new Cheesy Garlic bread which was ok and I didn’t really bother. A couple of months later, placed an order and this is through the “app” and it somehow goes to the same Domino’s where I got the Cheesy Garlic Bread BURNT, YET AGAIN !!! This time, the Manager at the store had the odacity to tell me that the bread was made CRISPY and I was fuming mad as there is a difference between CRISPY AND BURNT. They again, couldn’t refund my money and sent me a replacement and when it got delivered, THE CHEESE WAS ALL OVER THE BOX AND NOT ON THE BREAD... I decided to have it returned and I am resigned to the fact that I will probably have to get my Cheesy Garlic Bread from a proper pizza joint. I expect that people will have passion to ensure the food they send out of their store is checked for quality and that they will be house proud of their product. Unfortunately, it’s just all about the money, which is very sad as we consumers pay for substandard food.
I’ve only been once, but this one of the better Domino’s out there based of that one visit. Pretty well made pizzas.
I made an order here and paid for additional toppings that were not on the pizza. The manager told me that he could not redeliver or process a refund and that the toppings were there, just under the cheese. After eating a few slices and finding out this was untrue I called again and asked for a redelivery or partial refund as I did not get what I ordered. The manager offered a discount on the next pizza I ordered from the store if I called up beforehand and said he couldn't offer me redelivery or refund. He laughed when I said I didn't accept that and looked at my order history and to see and that I used a discount code so he definitely couldn't do anything. I told him I hadn't done anything wrong and I've paid extra for something that isn't what I ordered, the customer service line says explicitly in their recorded message that store policy is to offer this. He said there was nothing he could do, and even when I told him I was relocating and wouldn't order delivery from them again as I would be in another location, he said that I could come and pick up from his store so I could get his unofficially promised discount. The service was really disappointing and I don't believe his attitude signals a desire to provide adequate customer service even when the customer is in the right. This is the second time I've had an issue with delivery orders from this store and would recommend avoiding them if possible.
The store is very dirty. The is a very bad smell inside the store. The front door entry is caked in bird dropping. Honestly you are running a business reinvest your profits back into the store to make it more appealing. I guess these days with food delivery services, people really don’t know where their food is being made.
