Fine Dining is a fusion restaurantnThe restaurant is located next to the sea. The whole building is bright and dark yellow.nA reservation is required in advance.nnIt is very suitable for couples to come on dates and anniversariesnThe kitchen is open and cooked to order. It feels great!nIt was my first time to eat fusion food. It felt like trying cuisines from different countries.nnI like the caviar tart and raw tuna the most nEach dish is not particularly amazing, but the presentation is very detailed and exquisite.nThe tableware was changed after finishing a dish. The service attitude was amazing!nThe highlight is that I love the lighting color of the environment.nnI thought the set portion would be just right. The appetizer almost made us fullnWe were so full by the main course that we could hardly eat anymore.nLater, they brought me a large original fries...nWhy didn't you serve it earlier? Because I love fries so much, hahahahannThere is a 10% Surcharge on weekends. The bill is 489nRecommended!!!
It's much better than I expected.nnMy expectations were not that high for a Marivale restaurant. But they were able to exceed my expectations.nnWe decided to with the set menu and most of the dishes were amazing.nnThey started with a nice piece of bread, butter, and flaky salt. The bread was soft with a nice crisp on the outside.nnThen, the first entrees. Three finger foods, one was a fava bean tart, that for me was lacking a little bit of salt, followed with a crumpet slice topped with a tuna belly, that was delicious Followed with a pork crackle and carpaccio that was the winner out of the three.nnAs second entrees, we got a cucumber salad and slices of raw tuna with an amazing sesame sauce. I just loved it.nnAfter that, I think it was the most pretentious dish of the menu and the least flavour as well. That was the caviar pie with scallop and lemony butter sauce. This was well executed, but for me, it lacked flavour and texture.nnThe main dish was a trout with aspargus sauce that was very good, followed with some dark greens and radish. With a salad and chips on the side.nnI reckon the choice of bringing the salad with that dish a little bit messy due to the sauce with the trout.nnFor dessert, we had the fior the latte soft serve with olive oil. That was stunning.nAnd the chocolate tart was ok.nnIn general, the food is pretty good, with nice ideas and good execution. I would definitely go back for that amazing view.
Lovely girls birthday brunch at Mimi's this last weekend. The food was special and lovely to try, with an outstanding steak main, a delicious raw beef rye crisp appetiser, and interesting soft serve with olive oil. The ambiance of the restaurant environment as well as the architectural beauty of the location itself was so stunning, and provided great photo opportunities.nnHowever, the majority of dishes were underwhelming in their taste and portion size, where particularly a crab that we had ordered barely came with any crab in the shell. Although the food was an interesting and fun tasting experience, some of the foods weren't so delicious, such as the edamame. The seafood in all dishes however was super fresh and tasty.nnThank you to the brilliant service for helping me organise a small cake for my sister's birthday, it means a lot when restaurants are able to provide a small gesture for occasions. I can't wait to visit again!

Service was great, food was awesome and breathtaking. My parents enjoyed it so much! Only thing is, they gave us quite a small table for 4 people and we had a difficult time fitting all the food on the table. Definitely will come back soon.nnPersonally, I enjoyed the scallops and blue fin toro the most. My parents praised their pippies the entire night!
