This is the place where poor souls who fall foul of the Mental Health Department of Tasmania, end up. A patient is deemed to be a client, with all that entails. It makes for an all care, but no responsibility attitude amongst the treating team, who's word cannot be questioned. It is a hell-hole for both patient and advocate alike.
My stay at the Millbrook Rise Hospital for Mental Health was very enjoyable. I was provided food and other services whenever needed. I was unhappy to leave and I wish to come back soon
