Hit and miss customer service, great experience with my family's GP thus far. Likewise for consultant psychologist Glyn Spaulding.

How can a doctor justify charging $74 to have a script renewed. All surgeries I have used in past require a visit every 12 months before they will issue scripts. At least it should have been bulk billed, patient only gets $37 back.
