Nice concept to have the bread, cheese, gifts, coffee etc together. Sort of needs a good scrub clean or tidy up. Coffee was good. Deli shop expensive. Gift shop had minimal choice at variety of prices, to suit different crowd. * In saying that, I would still have coffee and buy bread there again.
Nice self guided take away cheese tasting platter meant we didn't have to book. And with the large grassed area out the front, we were able to sit and enjoy the cheese in the shade of a tree before going back to buy our favourites. Winery, cafe and gift shop were all there too so we stayed for lunch and a wine tasting.
Excellent tourist experience. Great variety of local cheeses which are realistically price. Centre has an excellent separate Cafe which serves coffee to full meals, also there is a small gift shop. Finally there is an excellent cellar door where you can sample the wine on offer and make a purchase if you wish
Don't bother dropping by. You need to give 24 hours notice if you want to taste any cheeses. Though I don't understand why anyone would want to visit a cheese factory OTHER than to taste the cheese!
There is a large seating space outside under shelter with fans. They had a very efficient system to serve us and to manage Covid spacing even though it was busy. We had a veggie focaccia and a range of pies which everyone was happy with. The service was friendly.
Absolutely wonderful service! The cheese is sooooo GOOD too. If you are up and around this area please do yourself a favour and pop in.
