Today, under the direction of Rosemary and John Portelli, along with a dedicated, passionate team, Enoteca Sileno continues to set the standard for the importation and distribution of Italian food and wine throughout Australia.

In addition to the Import Office and Wholesale Division, the business also includes a Retail Showroom and Scuola di Cucina Cooking School.

I ordered some hard to find Darum flour online and received the order within two days. I also called to ask some questions about the flour and Janet was very helpful - the only problem is I now want to try her mother's pasta!

A solid and very interesting range of Italian food and wine. I understand they've stepped back from the restaurant and are now focusing on commercial supply. Well worth your time for things you won't find in the ordinary city deli. Pro tip: it's a high-end operation, not the usual suburban deli with discount goodies from the continent.
Great wines and very tasty food made of fresh products. I would recommend visiting this place Friday night for a dinner with family or friends. Very friendly staff and nice decor. The shop has some superb stuff so definitely a must visit spot.
