Depot de Pain

Went for drinks at 4.30 and weren't told it was closing half an hour later. Cute place albeit with kinda odd French historical documents on the law.

Look, the food was delightful on the new menu. Now, the service or perhaps the lack thereof... Well that was just abysmal! I won't be returning because I live Melbourne and don't need to pay for bad service especially in a great neighbourhood of fabulous cafe's. This stuff matters, train your staff better. Sorry guys!

Best lemon tart ever! food a bit pricey though. I've always experienced great service!

A great range of small and large plates for lunch, coupled with delicious coffee and dessert options. All very reasonably priced. A definite favourite haunt, popular with the hip Carlton crowd.

Service very attentive and coffee was lovely. Depot De Pain this time around seemed to have improved from our last couple of visits.

Slow service and bad croissant. For a French place this sacked. Used to be better under different manager

Not Depot Du Pain!! Different and inferior menu with exuberant prices. What a shame! Depot Du Pain was the best....
