10 of us went to the Brandon pub in North Carlton on a Sunday for lunch. The booking was a breeze, when this can often be a problem with our numbers at other venues. The food is good pub food that can either be ordered at the table or at the bar. The Ambience was great and all the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.
GREAT neighbourhood pub...love the staff and friendly service. BUT, the falafel main dish was inedible...its like the Chef poured a cup of salt into the mix...Ate the rest delicious and sent the falafel back advising its over the top...Not a word back. Oh well, won't stop me going back, just won't order the vegan meal
A group of 15 of my friends had lunch at the Brandon Hotel on Saturday. The staff were really lovely and very accommodating. I’ve eaten here regularly for over a year and the food is brilliant!
Sports bar in the front and warm, comfortable dining area in the back - complete with comfortable chairs and tables; chesterfield sofas; a cupboard with games for children; and a small outdoor courtyard. The food is excellent, the staff are lovely, and they have live music on Sunday afternoons. All in all, a wonderful place to spend an afternoon or an evening.
Live nearby, first time visiting. The food and service was outstanding. Can't wait to come back.
We had a fabulous birthday lunch for my niece last month at the Brandon Hotel. I cannot fault the food or service - it was sensational. Everyone enjoyed their meal and all dietary requirements were gracefully accommodated. So many people told me they had a great time and had eaten the best pub meal they'd had in ages! And well done to the kitchen for getting all the mains out at the same time - not an easy feat given the numbers! Thank you to Jed and the team for a wonderful day.
Love this quaint little spot with delicious yummy parma! Super friendly staff and unpretentious food, bonus points for the sports playing on TV for a great atmosphere defo try this place out!!
We have been to the Brandon a few times now and we have always very happy with the food and drink. We had lunch with friends this afternoon the food and service couldn’t have been better. The young women who was serving us was amazing!! and extremely attentive, the food and drinks where also top notch This place is a hidden gem. Keep up the great work guys and give the lady a pay rise
A gem of a neighbourhood pub. Welcoming staff and delicious food. I always find it hard to choose between the many great options on the menu and the ever changing specials board.
Great daily specials, infact these are the best to be found anywhere, particularly Wed burger and beer night for $15 and Parma day Saturday. We go alot but would go more often if the service was better/more consistent.
