Midland smash repairs staff were professional, friendly and willing to answer my questions.  I loved that they kept me informed through the whole process of my car being repaired. Unfortunately my coil pack had gone when they did the final check.  Rather than letting me pick it up and then telling me they got a quote and called me to explain, once I gave them the ok, they repaired my car at a very very reasonable price and I had my car back within a day. Very impressive service. The integration with RAC and car hire is very slick and professional. Only minor improvement feedback relates to additional work requested after the claim assessment. I tried to get them to add the work in advance, anticipating lead time to get the part, but the admin people didn't understand the need, and inevitably there was a delay. However the claim scope execution was perfect.

Was in an accident about 2 months ago now. Took them 2 weeks just to assess the car and get a quote after I had rung them twice asking. 5 weeks later I rang for an update to see how far along it was and come to find they hadn’t even started working on the car yet. Was told it would be ready the 12th tomorrow which I was very happy about. Ring to find out if it’s still all good to pick up tomorrow and then get told no it’s gonna be another 3 weeks   Have spoken to some other people who have had the same experiences. I have had to cancel so many plans because of this and lose money. I have horses and compete at a fairly high level. My whole season is now out which I can live with but if I have an emergency and need to transport horses somewhere I have no way of doing that. They don’t ever give you updates unless you call up.  I had a Colorado a few years ago that was in a completely different sort of accident in Albany with a lot more damage than this car had done. The panel beaters there were just awesome with constant updates and tried to get my car fixed asap. I had it back within 2 months.

I got my car repaired through insurance. Can not recommmend enough! Very professional, they allow you to  track progression of your repair and assist you with the car rental. Friendly staff and my car always looks amazing after.

Asked them to fix a few issues on car. The other 2 were fixed ok although the dent/scratch on side I expected to be properly fixed while they already had my car for 2/3 days and they just touched it up with white paint. They did a great job of repairing my 50th Anniversary Ford Falcon. Well done  guys.

This business will not going to ask for your rating, recommendation. But you will do it as a customer because of how they handle your car for repairs. Average. inspected car on collection. chips in the paint from installing doors, chips were in the new door and the panel they resprayed.  asked them to redo it. all they did was dab on some new paint with a brush. got home to realise they had oversprayed my tyres with white paint. not the end of the world but the reason for the 1 star review is that this joint is a panel and paint shop. you do 1 thing. youd think it could be done right.Service:&nbsp;Painting
