I would like to express my happiness and gratitude to this repair shop. 3 weeks ago my car was hit by someone and the towing company brought my car to this place. Chris is the one who deal with my car. Chris is a really nice guy and he made sure that my car was fixed as soon as possible (again, it depends on the insurance company). When the other driver's insurance company was so slow to act, Chris made sure that everything settled. He never sound so bored and annoyed every time I called him about my car. 
10/10 would recommend this place to anybody who needs their car to be fixed.

Great insurance work done in two days. The last mob took a week and bogged the dent. These guys are great. Slight mix up with the VIN to the insurance company but sorted quickly and with a smile. They go the extra mile. Great customer service and quality work.

Someone hit my parked car and did a runner.  I took my car to Regency Repairs and met Shannon. He was professional yet friendly and explained the whole repair process. He also offered to handle the insurance process with RAC. I agreed to drop my car the next morning but things didnt go as planned, I was disappointed about the delays and let him know I felt. Shannon believes in traditional Aussie customer service where no customer leaves unhappy. He fixed the delay issues, the repair was flawless and my car was washed and detailed for free. I have a black car and the usual "free wash & detailing" ends up making my car looking worse with all those dirty water streaks on paint and windows. But my car was looking great like it came out of a detailing shop and Shannon gave me a discount for the delay. Thanks Shannon and the apprentices who detailed my car. Great job guys

Don’t go anywhere else. Shannon and Chris run the bes shop in town and are independent from the big insurance companies - meaning they won’t let them force them to use inadequate repair processes on your vehicle, unlike the others that are dependant upon an ongoing flow of insurance work and have to do what they’re told.

Just had my sons car repaired by the team at Regency. They had my car back to me earlier than expected & when I had a friend panel beater look over it, he said they had done an excellent job. Great professional quality & service.
