I took 9 x 10 year olds for a birthday party. They could not have been more welcoming and kind. They painted toes and fingers of all the girls and made them feel very special.Services: Manicure
There are two young girls who were so unfriendly and looking at me and laughing. It was so clear that they were making fun of me and I do not recommend his place. Although the nails aren't bad, they aren't cheap and the service is terrible. If you own this shop please ask your workers to work on their customer service and have a better attitude.Service: Manicure
Unfortunately not the best experience, all staff were on their phones infront of their clients whilst waiting to get the next part of their nails done. I could tell staff were talking about me and laughing and making fun of me in a different language. My nail tech was very rough with my nails, she hurt my fingers with the drill and marked my nails and continued to just stare at me.. They continue to take every customer that walks in even when they do not have enough staff. I do not recommend this business
I asked for existing shellac to be removed and reapplied - they still used the UV light and all, but it was just regular nail polish! Also kept taking on new customers walking in the door, but clearly didn't have enough staff to cover everyone in any sort of timely manner. Venue felt very dirty, I certainly wouldn't bother going back.Service: Manicure
Zero stars if I could. I asked them if it were possible to get one nail fixed and the cost for the service. They then asked if I had my nails done at their salon and laughed amongst themselves when I said “no, I just need it re-done”. I stood there for a moment waiting for a response and they dismissed me telling me nothing more than “no, we are busy” and resumed whatever they were doing with a grin on their faces. I stood there in front of all the staff and customers stunned at their lack of helpfulness and had no option but to leave. I understand salons might be understaffed, however they clearly had no intention to provide a service as they offered no option beyond dismissal. It was extremely unnecessary and unprofessional. Had they told me they will be available in an hour or two, that would have been fine and I would have looked for other options anyway - however, the laughing and instant dismissal prompted this rare negative review. It is disappointing as I have used their services in the past and now will not go back or provide a recommendation to friends or anyone in the future.
I got sns done on my nails 1 week back and i am not at all satisfied with the outcome as my 2 nails started getting break because the girl over there didn’t do the coating properly. It was a busy night so she so wanted to get rid of me and finished her job in 15 mints and didn’t even ask me if i was satisfied or not. The staff is always speaking in there own language.so disappointed will recommend not to go there ever if you guys also love your nails.
