Almost two months ago a maxi taxi driver pranged into my parked car. Dealing with the taxi company was a drawn-out experience, with the repair arrangements falling into place only last week, but Miami Smash Repairs were patient with the process and super helpful every step of the way. I walked into Miami smash repairs to get a quote for my leaking car expecting to be a long wait as it was 3/1/24 after the storms, my car was inspected and fixed immediately super friendly and quick service..
My recent with Chris and the Team at Miami Smash was excellent. They were very professional from quoting to booking in, communication to collection. If the need arises, I will use them again.
Got me in the next day from calling for assessment and then had my car done perfectly with 1 1/2 from my first call. Very helpful and timely business. Jimmy was awesome and sussed everything with the insurer. I had previously gone to 3 other places saying it would take 3 or more months to have car seen physically and another 3 weeks for repairs.
