We were quoted $200 to have springs replaced to make our newly purchased caravan completely safe, keeping in mind it was roadworthy and registered at the time. Rob mentioned addition of electric brakes at $250 which was agreed to. Without discussion with us Rob ordered parts and completed work to overhaul a significant portion of the chassis. The job ended up being over $1300. Rob denied quoting us the $450 and stated the reason he didn't ring to confirm the cost of the work was because he had, 'never ripped anyone off before'. If you're dealing with this company, I dealt with Rob mainly, don't make the same mistake we did and ask for a written quote and shop around,
