I had backed into a pergola in a caravan park and the damage, while not extensive, was enough to warrant urgent attention because of the worry of water leaking into our motorhome. I approached Jayco in Tweed Heads, but was informed they only worked on caravans. They pointed us in the direction of the Caravan Repair Company, Burleigh Heads and I'm glad they did. I spoke to Rod and he told me to come straight there. When we arrived Rod had gone out but he had already briefed Robert regarding our problem. Within an hour the repairs were completed, totally easing our concerns and allowing us to continue on without any unnecessary delays. Their service, professionalism and friendliness is second to none. The cost was kept to a minimum as well. All in all, an upsetting experience for us was rectified quickly and efficiently. Thoroughly recommended.
