Old men can be grumpy, yes.  The owner is tough and a hard bargain but if you're respectful, genuine and give him the time of day he will do everything in his power to help you and find that rare stupid part you need that nobody seems to stock anymore and 90% of the time he will succeed.

They don't know what they have, wont get back to you, take your money and neglect to ring you that they've lost/sold your part or put it on ebay for cheaper than you've already paid for it.
Not happy at all with their service and will never use them again.
Also heard from mates that tried them for parts have had nothing but bad experiences.
