During our visit to Melbourne both my wife and I fell ill with food poisoning. I would like to express my personal gratitude to the staff who, without hesitation, jumped in and assisted my wife with her needs until she was able to fend for herself. Peaceful, relaxing, great location, room needs a little attention, curtains were dirty and lounge looks like it could do with a clean but apart from that I would definitely recommend it, VALUE for money too
Great location and friendly helpful staff, close to city and tram station, good facilities and value, plus free parking. Recommended!
Central to 2 tram lines, explore Smith Street, Gertrude Street and trendy Brunswick Street. Close to city centre. 1 minute walk to post office, 5 minutes to the Royal Exhibition Building and beautiful gardens. A bonus also is access to pool at Metropole.
Staff were amazing, room was slightly aged but that was fine. Everything was clean and bed was very comfortable.
The lady serving breakfast and dinner in the restaurant was amazing.!! Should be well paid! Every diner would love to have 4 Bills.
Always stay here when i have my check up at St Vincents. Always welcoming good stay. Close to the City.
