The chips .. chicken salt and gravy are always fresh and taste really good. The chickens are juicy big and never dry.. the customer service with the girls usually pretty good.. the young guy who works there has a great smile and interacts in a fun way with clients ! Was hoping to get a % on my salads as they were packed away for the night as it was almost closing time. But best consistent and clean carvery!! Ty :) keep it up!

The food is good and tasty. However the young staff have no customer service skills. I ordered a roast meat sandwich and received said sandwich; enormous chucks of meat slapped on the bread, swimming in gravy, (which I didn't want) and falling apart. I couldn't eat the sandwich properly as it fell to soggy bits. The shop has a great turn over, and tasty food. Teach the staff to ask questions, and respond appropriately.

Our burgers we just ordered and got were not hot! Dry, stale chicken fillet burger roll. Burger was horrible and I asked for gravy on my roast chicken roll, got next to nothing! And the meat wasn't hot at all, we've been here before and it was a lot better! I am seriously disappointed! We also received cold chips and my fiance Hardly got any prawns in his prawn salad!? I dunno what u guys are doing but I wasted $30 in ur shop tonight 😞 will not go back
