Merimbula Lake Holiday Park is a hidden gem located on the Far South Coast of NSW. The park is located right on the crystal shores of Merimbula Lake and owns a boat ramp where you can have access to the lake for your own leisure.

About our park

Merimbula Lake Holiday Park is situated on the south coast of NSW. We are 12 Km from Merimbula on the Princes Highway. The park is on 18 acres in a rural area on the edge of Merimbula Lake. We have 108 sites, so as you can imagine you are not packed in like most other parks. The park is on flat land with a large number of trees. We have a creek which flows down one side and a large dam on the property and direct access to Merimbula Lake. Because of our location we have an abundance of bird life. Merimbula Lake is a salt water tidal lake with a large number of oyster farms, this makes for excellent fishing, you can fish off the bank or go out in your tinnie. Because the lake is protected canoeing can also be done, why not row over to the other side have a coffee come, you can row to the pub if you wish. The park has a Northerly aspect which means plenty of sunshine in the winter. In the Summer enjoy the sea breeze off the lake in the afternoon. The Caravan Park has been operating since the early70s. We are a pet friendly park, but because of the abundant wild life it is a good idea to keep your pet secured. If you are sick of or cannot tow your R.V why not store it at our park, and when you want to use it we will put it on a site for you. No matter how big or small your rig we have room for you. If you are fully self contained we have water front sites from $5.00/ night. Of a night you will be over looking the lights of Merimbula a view worth a million dollars.
We have a large tiled amenities block with a laundry and TV room, nearby is our covered BBQ area. We have a Dump Point with the park on town water not bore water. To keep the kids entertained we have a salt chlorinated pool and toddlers pool, we have plenty of room if the kids want to kick the football or have a game of cricket or ride their bikes, we’ve even had kids flying kites!
For mums and dads we have a 27 hole golf course just over the hill. And fishing on the lake or just resting. We allow you to have a fire as long as there are no current fire restrictions in place. For safety reasons it must be in a fire bucket
