It is a shame to say that the company i dealt in the past has lost its value in customer service. I recently spoke to one of the company's consultant - Mr. Nitin Bhatia, who was very rude, abrupt and has no sense of customer value approach. I am not going to buy the property that i like just because of the experience i had over the phone. If you are in a bad mood, you should not reflect it to others( tip)
