I have to give one star because i need to post my review about this place .if you want to deal with worst experience and disappointment then raine& horne hallam is the best place to go . No professionalism. I bought the two  bed room unit from this place at the time of first inspection there agent linley and another guy said its the jem of hallam should not miss this house bla bla bla bla bla . Nevsr let us do the second inspection nefore buying and no final inspection. We moved in all water taps leaking water etc etc .eventhough we git the pest and building inspection done but still lot of things are damaged . No reply of the calls from the agents no respect for the customers all they want is there profit i guess . I know we all wsnt to buy homes specially the first home buyers but i request you  all out there to do yourself a big favour before dealing with these raine and horne think twice . I know this comment or review of mine will not effect you if you are out there to buy a home.but  just think twice why would i write about them as i have lot other things to do in life .its just my worst experience and i do not want this to happen to anyone out there as buying your first home is the best thing happing in your life  .but if you dont get the gud agents it can be your worst as well .

MUST READ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
MOST DISGUSTING REAL ESTATE COMPANY, UNPROFESSIONAL DID NOT RETRUN MY MOTHERS BOND,  SPOKE TO PREVIOUS TENANT WHICH ALSO DID NOT RECEIVE THEIR BOND BACK FROM RAINE & HORNE AFTER THEIR LEASE HAD FINISHED.
 THE HEATER, AIRCON, WATER AND OVEN DID NOT WORK WHEN WE MOVED IN, GATE WAS BROKEN, THE FRONT DOOR BARELY WOULD OPEN DUE TO BEING ROTTEN, SECURITY DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN ONLY WHEN FORCED OPEN (we fixed the door and fence out of pocket). THE HOUSE WAS GIVEN TO MY MOTHER ONE WAY AFTER THE TENANTS MOVED OUT??? WAS THERE EVEN AN INSPECTION DONE PRIOR TO MY MOTHER MOVING IN???  Especially since the house was a pig stye and completely disgusting THEY DIDNT NOT EVEN CLEAN THE KITCEHN OR TOILET!!! 
THEY HAD ORGANISE FOR THE HEATER TO BE FIXED AND THE COMPANY THAT FIXED THE HEATER PUT A MASSIVE HOLE IN THE WALL AND DID NOT REPAIR AROUND THE HEATER AS IT WAS A COMPETLY DIFFERENT SIZE. 
WE PAINTED THE ENTIRE HOUSE, PROFESSIANLY STEAM CLEANED THE FLOORS, THE HOUSE WAS LEFT SPOTLESS OTHER THAN THE STANDARD WEAR AND TEAR ON THE TILES. We accidentally left a few marks on the carpet in the living room and they said the variety needs to be replaced.....they charged us for it & to steam clean ?? Why would you need to steal clean new carpet.....???? 
WE HAVE NOW BEEN FORCED TO PAY $1500+ OUT OF POCKET ON TOP OF THINGS WE HAVE FIXED AROUND THE HOUSE TO MAKE IT LIVABLE. 
ON TOP OF THAT, ONLY BEING GIVEN 6 DAYS TO VACATE AFTER BREAKING LEASE DUE TO UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES, HAD TO PAY ADVERTISITNG AND PENALTY FEE OF $900+ 
NO ADVERTISING OF THE PROPERTY WAS PUT UP, board etc apart from A4 papers at office. 
WE WERE STILL PAYING FOR THE LEASE WHILE RAINE & HORNE WERE "LOOKING" FOR A NEW TENANT. 
MANAGERS ARE A COMPLETE DISGRACE TO THE REAL ESTATE PRACTICE. VERY DISRESPECTFUL IN SMS AND VIRBALLY. 
The only good thing about Raine & Horne was the receptionist, Codie who was respectful and entirely helpful to what was a complete mess. 

DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH RAINE AND HORNE THEY WILL PUT YOU IN DEBT OUT OF POCKET YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR BOND REGARDLESS OF HOW IMACULATE YOU LEAVE THE PROPERTY, THEY  WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE HELL JUST LIKE THEY HAVE TO MY MOTHER.
