Platinum Real Estate

High staff turn over as stated... they have a bad rep and are known to be shifty according to other real estate agencies. I rented a property through them and they wouldn't fix hazards and issues at the property. As soon as i wanted to move out they started treated me really nasty and tried to make me pay compensation for damages that were at the property at the start of my tenancy. Be warned...

Being such a young team, I am very impressed with the level of professionalism and the way they deal with things. They always respond to my emails and return my phone calls. Always chase up rent from the tenant, they go above and beyond to make both myself (landlord) and tenant happy. Keep up the amazing work team. I could not be happier with the level of service!

I'd give it no stars if I could. Worst experience. They find a tenant and stop looking, take no deposit, tenant pulls out and I'm left with no rent. New tenant falls behind in rent only 3 months in, cannot get ANYONE to return my calls or emails. Their staff don't give a toss and no one is responsible for anything. Most unprofessional agency I have ever dealt with. Have moved today. Looks like the other reviews they have are the same as mine.

There is NO stars to explain the service from this Real Estate agents Worst Real Estatate Agents in the area. They are crooks and thieves themselves and so are the landlords they have on there books. Very high staff turn over, they make endless mistakes, don't return emails, Do not keep up to there promise to get things done in a timely manner Some of the staff do not know how to handle or speak to customers.. Worst experience ever. Very incompetent
