July: Sickening services once again... April: Kanch sorted everything and got the house repaired before selling it to another landlord. She was the only helpful person in that Dandenong office. March: WORST SERVICES EVER Ben: Poorly educated agent. Came to do the inspection many times without notification nor permission! Parked in my garage and blocked my car exit. I was late few minutes on my work. Neil (Manager): Extremely rude. I advised him that he better send me entry notices, the clown came to deliver it after hours, when I was enjoying time after work. He then kept hassling me on the phone despite that I refused to be in contact with him via phone, yet he insisted on breaching my free time after work. He could not convince the landlord to do the repairs required that time to keep the property in good condition.

Never putting rental property with them again. The property manager (start name with K) was a biggest liar ever I meet. She nevers put something in writing unless it is a legal issue. Later on she will tell she has not said this before. I had to call them for collecting my rent every single time.

Neil and the team at Stockdale & Leggo Dandenong are very easy to deal with. They were very knowledgeable about the property market and helped me find a great investment property.

Very very dodgy staff. They helped landlord to take my bond because I coudn't clean cooker exhaust fan (inside). To lean that i have to use a ladder and still it was hard to reach and not safe. Number of agents refused to take this property because of the attidude of landlord. But staff @ S&L took landlord side and helped to get money of everyone. Never took rented party side to maintain the essentials. Never seen such disgusting behave buy an agent taking landlord side and putting all voice less peopl in to Pain. I ment few neighbors who lived other units and they have gone through the same. Highly not recommended to rent from here.

Terrible reception staff. Snobby and rude. They act like it isn't their job to help residents. Our agent was terrible at getting back to messages. We're currently owed a week of overpaid rent, which they told us about when we vacated. A month later, we haven't seen a cent of the money and upon calling the agency today I was told that we had paid up until our vacate date and that we actually weren't owed anything, which is complete nonsense. I now have to wait for a week for the agent to get back, and when I complaineded about it being ridiculous that I have to chase them up for money they owe me, I was told by the receptionist "it's not my problem, wait for the agent to get back". I have already waited a month! Absolutely terrible customer service. Can't believe it.
