I have been to this practice many times since its opening. Staff are professional and very knowledgeable. Regardless of the injury, I have always been given the correct treatment and a suitable plan to follow. Highly recommend!

I called on Saturday the 25th of February to book an appointment with the clinic. The receptionist tried booking me but the appointment was taken whilst obtaining my details. She then offered me and appointment at the same time with another physio. When I called today to see if I could see the physio earlier she couldn't find my name and when I looked at at the appointment email (which you really shouldn't have to) to double check my booking she had booked me to see a physio last Wednesday the 22nd of February. So of course they have no one available to see me now and the worst past was that she didn't even apologize to me when I am pretty sure she made the stuff up to begin with!!! Will definitely be looking elsewhere.

Got diagnosed with a glute injury and attended the physiotherapy sessions plus a simultaneous massage therapy session for 5 weeks. And, the end result of that was my back spasming out and being unable to walk straight with a lot of pain. I booked another session right after that happened and the physio treating me recommended that I should take muscle relaxants. Yeah, I know. After that I'd had enough of the awful treatment and saw a physio in the city, lo and behold he knew exactly what was wrong with my body in 15 minutes of examining me. I was out of spasm in ONE session with the new physio and on the path to recovery. I'd highly recommend you do some research before booking an appointment. I'm leaving this review not out of spite but more in the hopes that people go to a more knowledgeable and accountable establishment. I understand there are different physios at Melbourne Sports Physiotherapy but this has my experience there and I find it absolutely appalling that after spending 5 weeks and over $700, this was the result.

Went to Tony for back pain, identified the issue and provided treatment and advice to get it sorted. Very happy with treatment and price.
