Sue is a miracle worker... she fixed my stuck jaw after a long dental procedure in just three sessions and empowered me to contribute to recovery during that period of time through really effective jaw exercises. She's so professional and takes great care. Highly, highly recommended.

Sue is an excellent physio therapist who is committed to your rehabilitation. She spent quite a bit of time with me specifically discussing issues with my sore forearms and giving me pain relieving treatment. I've had such thoughtful, friendly and attentive care. Can't recommend enough

I had a raptured ACL, medial and lateral ligament on my knee and went after my surgery to Sue for Physio. Sue and Rachel did both a great job with different types of therapies, looking after me as best as possible and assisting me to get back on track with my knee. They gave me lots of good exercises to work for myself and Sue borrowed me as well lots of gym tools to assist me doing lots of them at home. I couldn't have been happier with my choice for a physiotherapist after the big damage I had to my knee. I always felt happy to come for my physio and can only recommend this small, friendly, professional and experienced Physiotherapist clinic! If you need any help, don't search further and visit Sue and her staff! You will not regret it. Thanks Sue and Rachel for all your great work!!!! I have been having treatment at City North Physiotherapy Clinic for a couple of months, all the staff are warm, friendly and professional and make you feel totally comfortable. Sue Gertzel is a very experienced physiotherapist and I've been 100% happy with my treatment. Highly recommended.

I came to Melbourne in 2014 with some  problems. Dr. Sue Gertzel said I was in bad shape. Over the course of two years, she put me back in shape! I looked forward to the "regular reset" of my body. Now I only come back as needed, which is always a treat.

Sue helped me  get back on my feet and have hope. I had tried a few and this place has given me the best results.
