After thinking my weekend warrior days were done, Andrew and Jess put in both the time and effort in helping get me back out there and running again. They, and the Pure physio team all showed genuine care and interest in my recovery, and importantly, implementing changes to ensure longevity in my ability to run pain free. I can't thank them enough.

Cannot recommend the team at Pure Physio enough, especially Kate. I started seeing Kate following a serious car accident which resulted in a back injury. Kate has helped significantly reduce my back pain and has also helped me achieve things in life and at the gym I was told I would never be able to do again. I feel grateful every day for the quality of life that Kate has helped me achieve and the empathetic approach she has maintained following such a traumatic experience in my life.
A fantastic physiotherapy clinic! Their two-physio approach worked wonders - Ciaran and Liz did an incredible job helping me rebuild the strength and flexibility in my ankle after almost two years of persistent swelling, weakness and general comfort. Their reception staff are also lovely and extremely organised. I couldn't have asked for a more professional and positive experience with Pure Physio.
Working with Kate, Dave and the team over the last few years to help my running has been amazing. Not only are they extremely friendly, knowledgeable and diligent but they have also helped me to look holistically at the relationships between strength, technique and injury. Every time I have come to Kate with an issue she has known the best treatment immediately, and after a series of small lower-leg injuries recently she referred me to Dave who identified improvements to my running style and gave me exercises to address the gaps in my strength. With their help I just finished my second marathon in my target time and I am improving my running every day!
I have been treated by Julia Allen the past couple of months, combined with David Palmer’s rehab exercises. Would recommend both of them as they are both awesome at what they are doing, and great people as well. Before moving to Australia I have had a shoulder/neck injury for 6 months, and the physios back home in the Netherlands couldn’t get it fixed. Julia found the source of my problem very quickly. After the first treatment I already experienced first improvements, and over the past few months it has been steadily improving. Besides getting me fixed up, Julia is also very good in articulating what she is doing and why. Also, as I’m new to Melbourne she’s been a great tour guide and suggested me some cool places to check out! David has been working with me to improve my strength and endurance, to get a better posture. He has provided me with great exercises and very clear instructions on how to do them. He created the right balance between having challenging exercises and keeping control of what my muscles can handle. I have improved a lot over the last months and feeling very fit! Best physio clinic I have ever been to. Roughly for a month and a half, I saw Emma manual physio and Lisa rehab physio due to a sports related ankle injury that had not been healing just by resting. Both practitioners were not only excellent in treatments and prescribing exercises to do at home, but also very professional, friendly, easy to talk to. They actually care about you and communicate with you via emails after each and every session. Highly recommended!
The team at Pure Physio have been amazing! I have been seeing Kate for a year now and highly recommend her! I had some issues with my back and didnt realise the extent till visting Kate. She has been amazing with giving exercises and recommendations. We have been able to get my body to a place where I dont live in pain on a daily basis. I recommend anyone having pain to seek help, physio really does wonders. Thank you so much Kate and team
Can't recommend Kate highly enough, my chronic upper back pain is resolved. Kate did a thorough assessment, explained treatment, educated on cause and prevention and set exercise homework for self care and management. Not only has the pain gone I now know how to ensure it doesn't come back.
Roy & Andrew were super knowledgeable and helped my progress to recovery. I was very fortunate to have chosen this clinic as they are 2 of the best physios in the country.
