Great service, been going here for years for regular blood tests. Generally well staffed so I've never had to wait more than 30 minutes even with a full waiting room! The ladies are fantastic, gentle and efficient. Highly recommend!!
Worst possible place you could get your testing done. They gave me wrong information, meaning that their test was not accepted by the airport had to do another one at the airport and luckily caught my flight, and have ignored my responses for a refund for more than four months now. DO NOT GO HERE Edit June 10: emailed their feedback email as suggested, no reply after nearly a month. This is exactly what I expected to be honest. Do NOT go here, they will take your money and run
Pretty useless. I went in with a referral for a test that their own website says they do. Firstly they looked at me like I was stupid then gave me conflicting information to what their website says and sent me to a place that I know was incorrect.
Today I wanted to get my PCR done before I travelled interstate. First I waited for 22 minutes for someone to pick my call. Then when call was finally picked the operator put me back on hold after listening two sentences that came out of my mouth about my details and that I wanted to get PCR done. I started listening that music again and that was that. With that attitude I decided to go through a drive-thru testing site.
Had my blood taken by Connie who was so gentle that I didn't even feel the needle go in. Definately the best around. Quick, efficient and professional.
Very pleased. Easy parking. Great service. Blood taken easy from this tricky body. Thank you.

Such kind, comforting ladies, always making me feel at ease especially since I am afraid of blood. They are very efficient and not generally much wait everytime I went. Thank you.
My experience at the Melbourne Pathology was excellent. The nurse was very helpful and very nice and I would certainly attend Melbourne Pathology again.
They are really good here. Friendly, quick and know how to take blood. Never hurts . The wait time is not forever either .
