No stars for no service. Made a special appointment with George to do a mouthguard for my son. Accidentally went to the business next door at 10.05am then realised and was there at 10.07 appointment was for 10am. My job card was on the counter with my mobile number. Person behind the counter told us he left for another appointment and will be back in 1hr. So my question is at what point was I too late and you had to leave without a courtesy call (number on job card on front desk). My thoughts are you weren't even in yet and told us you be back in a hour. Because who wouldn't give the the customer a courtesy call when you have made a special appointment. Will not be using this business again if this is how they treat customers.

We have been dealing with this lab for more than 3 years now. Unfortunately their workmanship quality dropped significantly last year especially for removable dentures. Technicians we have been dealing with are rude and disrespectful during the phone conversations with them and instead of finding solutions and fix their obvious mistakes they blame our dentists. Now we use a different lab .
