I have been a patient of this clinic for many years, always easy to book an appointment, by phone or on line , the doctors are all so lovely and professional great staff too. what a great clinic, lucky to be a long time patient.

I called to book an appointment for my partner and was told there was one available time left,  but because he was a new patient, they refused to book him, apparently they only take new patients on certain days. I found this completely dismissive, especially since i was told one appointment was clearly available. Never in my life have I heard of such a ridiculous policy from a professional medical clinic.nPeople seek medical care when they need it, not when it's most convenient for the clinic. Turning away someone in need, purely based on being a “new” patient, is not just unprofessional it’s disgraceful. This shows a total lack of compassion and patient well-being. Absolutely appalling experience.

The most amazing medical centre in coburg. Shout out to Dr Melanie Simpson who has been the most amazing caring thorough doctor throughout my pregnancy, postpartum care & with my children. Highly recommend this Clenic and Dr Melanie Simpson. : All the doctors I’ve seen at this Clenic have also been amazing and so have the receptionist staff.

My husband and I been a patients of this clinic since 1988, our usual doctors are Dr Éagle& Dr Nicholas.nI cannot speak highly enough about these two doctors. They are both professionals, caring and always willing to listen& explain thoroughly& easy to talk to.nDr Eagle is beyond phenomenal! She has taken care of my husband health for many years & she still constantly going above & beyond expectations!!!  Thank you Dr Eagle for all your care and expertise!nnRespect and gratitude to reception staff at this clinic first class, friendly, helpful & efficient every single visit.nHighly recommended!

Wouldn't recommend. Lots of free GPs in the area for same experience. Often wait times but same for any clinic / medical centre.nnOnly convenient thing about this place is that they often have same day availability. But if you are running late, like I was by less then 10 mins they'll cancel your appt and charge you a cancellation fee and won't even considered changing to phone Consult because 'we have no time' ... no text message or phone call to confirm appts either FYI.nnBut, Dr Sarah freeman was good for womens health.
