I Love Chocolate! Right now there is most likely a chocolate of some sort calling my name in my hand bag. I can easily in less than 5 minutes eat a block of chocolate and that would sustain me all day until late in the evening. Chocolate was sustaining me and giving me energy to work throughout the day but as I’m a ‘smart cookie’ I knew this was not a health way to be and I needed to stop these cravings. I have tried many programs such as the ‘I Quit Sugar Program’ and different products to help reduce my sugar cravings which have not been maintained. ‘Content Thy Self’ is what I now turned to by the wonderful Sharon. With a few drop of this amazing liquid I notice an instant curbing of my cravings and my desire to reach for chocolate has been reducing dramatically and I have been feeling more content within. Being able to carry it with me on the go has assisted me greatly and I recommend all who has a need to crave sweets and wish to take back the control to try this amazing product! Sharon is a very caring professional and really cares for her clients. I have never done Kinesiology before but its been very good for me, coupled with Sharon's excellent counciling skills, she provides an excellent alternative to traditional methods. Highly recommended!

I was refereed to Sharon by a friend and i have now refereed friends onto her. My time spent with Sharon gave me clarity on my life and the life i want to live. She helped me connect with my inner self and gave me a sense of hope when i was feeling low. Hands of an angel. I have a lot of respect and love for this wonderful lady.

Sharon’s motto of “empowering you from survive to thrive” is the epitome of where I currently am in life. The saying itself does not need to have a negative connotation and in fact I have used it in a positive light. Since sharing some of my goals and ambitions with Sharon she has been able to clear the mental blocks that I have had by allowing me to address them, explore them, and then clear them. Over the last few months not only have I have I realised my goals, I have far exceeded them. I have no doubt that a lot of it had to do with me and putting in the effort but there is no question that if it was not for Sharon and her exploring the issues with me, the blocks and clearing them, I would not be in the position where I am in now. I would highly recommend any one to see Sharon who feels like that they need any sort of adjustment in their life, whether it be minor or major, to help them realise their full potential.

When I first met Sharon it was in a work situation but we instantly had a connection. This year has been a real eye-opener in terms of my health and work load. Stripping back the stresses and really understanding how to unlock my fears has been nothing short of life changing. The past three weeks things I've longed for have come to light and I know this has been a result of the work with Sharon. This hour of my week gives me a chance to focus and listen to my inner self. I could not recommend Sharon enough. Plus, she's just awesome and you may break out in song at some point in the session!!!
