Love it! Working out outdoors, no matter the weather is truly amazing - even in the rain, it can be refreshing! I feel great after every session - getting my heart rate up and enjoying the fresh air is just brilliant. Surprisingly, the Sat morning sessions are the best cure if you're feeling a little dusty from the night before! haha I always feel motivated and inspired by Jo, who is a fabulous trainer. She treats everyone as an individual and ensures the sessions are personally challenging and full of variety. Jo has been pivotal in my fitness progress - I enjoy running again, I've increased my strength (plus toned-up a bit!) and got my health on track. Losing some weight is a huge bonus ;) Not only has my fitness improved, I have also made some great friends. We train hard and enjoy some positive banter along the way. Great group of people :)

After trying a few different outdoor programs in Melbourne I was beginning to give up. I found Step Into Life Prahran and contacted Jo. I was offered a trial session and I knew from the warm up in that trial that I wanted to join. Jo listed to my goals and has helped me along the way at each session. She is a great trainer. All her sessions are different and it's not tedious. The group of people that I train with are so friendly and I have established some new friends through this training. It's fun and you feel accomplished after each session. I love the fact there are different sessions to suit your likes/dislikes. Jo also understands that everyone has different fitness levels and helps you along the way. You don't feel like you need to be a marathon runner to attend any of the sessions. She and the group are very supportive.
