Vanessa is a great counselor and hypnotherapist. She really helped me move through some longstanding personal issues & has taught me the value of 'sitting with the discomfort'.

I have been seeing Vanessa for over two years now and she has become an imperative part of my support system in life. From my very first visit I felt her warm and welcoming energy and that has followed through in every visit since. I am always completely at ease when discussing everything with her. She personalises her approach to each challenge you may be facing and sets you up with the tools you need to deal with those issues outside of visits. Not only does Vanessa give you 110% in each appointment but she has gone above and beyond to ensure I'm coping okay during particularly difficult times in my life. 
I have seen a huge improvement within myself since seeing her especially relating to my feelings of anxiety and challenging relationships with family and friends.

I had three session's with Vanessa to help me deal with the guilt I was feel around a personal relationship. Vanessa has a very practical  approach  which helped me to understand what was really going on in my life. I was also given tools to help me coupe when these feelings arose again. I can hostly say that Vanessa has had a very positive effect on my live. Thank you.
