What a nightmare!

Recently I have purchased 2 teddy bears online.  Contacted the store after waiting for 2 weeks and I have been told that they do not have any stock.  They have no courtesy to inform you and had no intention to refund as promised.  After waiting for about 1 week  I have to lodge a disbute thru Paypal for a refund.

Guess what, the teddy bear is still listed on their website eventho they have nothing to sell !  Very dishonest!

Do not purchase anything from this store!

My friend bought my bday pressie from here and I ADORE IT! Only after much poking did she tell me where it was from! I can't wait to come check it out, but my mug alone makes it a winner!!!
