I had no problems here and they made it very easy for me to book in an emergency situation where I had nowhere to go that night. Even though their office was already closed. I really appreciated the time and effort they took to make sure I was catered to. And I feel they did a great job getting the place ready to be clean. The pool was nice and well maintained, and the showers were hot and the spa baths worked. Their customer service was also very appreciated.
My experience at Puffers Inn has been awesome. Staff are 100% and the rooms are comfortable and value for money. A must if you choose Puffers is the pool and heated spa. A lovely BBQ area with all cooking needs supplied. Any problems the management is straight on it. The rooms are serviced regularly by professional staff. Family friendly and no b/s tolerated. My children felt safe and enjoyed every minute. Thank you guys for an awesome stay and we will definitely stay with you again. 10.
Regardless of it being next to a highway, I have enjoyed every minute of my stay here. It has been a great experience for myself. I will definitely be coming here again. Staff are amazing very friendly constantly on top of everything they have not let me down at all.
Fantastic rooms, the King room is a favourite and I enjoy relaxing in the jacuzzi in the pool area. It is super close to the hyperdome for some shopping which is a plus. Thank you for the staff that kept the room nice and clean and providing fresh towels and coffee. Also a big thank you to management for making me feel very welcomed.
Management are excellent, very friendly and very helpful.nStaff are. Very easy to communicate with. They worknvery hard and are punctual.nRoom are clean in a professional manner.nGround are very clean, very friendly environment feel like being at home.nWould recommend this motel over anywhere else.
