Needed to fill up and get out of traffic for a bit so stoped at BP. The service i received from Vanessa was amazing. She was friendly, helpful and made the thought of traffic less painful. The station was clean, tidy and well presented, definitely worth a visit again.
I stopped at this BP station for fuel and coffee. The lady making the coffee was extremely rude and disrespectful. I paid with coins, and while I was putting the money on the counter, she was muttering rude words under her breath.nnAnother staff member then asked me why I didn’t pay for the fuel at the same counter — I explained I didn’t know, and the coffee lady interrupted again, complaining that I was taking too long and paying with “too many coins.”nnFirst, I didn’t waste anyone’s time — I was waiting for my coffee, which she was still making.nSecond, coins are legal money — if she doesn’t like it, she should complain to the government, not to customers.nnThis kind of rude attitude pushes customers away. The owner should know that this staff member is damaging the business and the station’s reputation.
If there is any less than one star I would definitely give that. The reason behind this rating is just because of quite unprofessional and unfriendly staff VINNIE who didn’t even bother to greet at the time of order. Moreover, after receiving the order she didn’t even ask for anything else I need. She just simply took the order and kept quiet with angry face . She was quite friendly with other customers whoever came before and after us. I never had bad customer experience at any fuel station except this Loganholme and because of it would never go back there. I would rather prefer to go to bp at 38 exit.
I get my coffee from here everyday.People here Always gives me the best service. Always has a smile and listens when I order and makes the best coffee every day. Today barista made by Vanessa and this coffee has best ever.nShe goes above and beyond in her customer service.Keep being my fave BP server.
Friendly service. Like a lot of servos, 91 fuel not available at all pumps. Huge selection in the shops.
