Bad coffee, burning hot, from the late night attendant, told me I need to wait while they call on the phone for a refund, which is an absolute crock… making coffee decently is not that hard.
just called the store and the lady who answered was plain RUDE ‼ kept cutting me off and ended the call. needs better training
On the 23/02/2025 afternoon 4pm I got patrol and coffee and the staff working were very rude with an attitude as if the coffee is free
Friendly service. Like a lot of servos, 91 fuel not available at all pumps. Huge selection in the shops.
BP Loganholme, just off the Pacific Highway/M1 south, is a great place to stop into for petrol, snacks and/or a toilet stop on your travels. BP Loganholme is always clean, neat and tidy and the mostly ladies who work there are lovely. Some of them even remember regular customers which is very nice.nnEdit: Literally a few days after I wrote this review and the below sentence, they, unfortunately, removed the sanitiser from the door. nnThey still have hand sanitiser at the door for customers to use, which we very much appreciate and hope they keep this forever.nnThere's also a small Cafe with coffee I think it's called Wild Bean cafe some sandwiches and hot food pies, etc as well as muffin and some other cake-like options.nnSnacks include everything from chips, lollies and chocolates to ice-cream including the American Ben & Jerry brand and various types of softdrinks and some other types of cold drinks.nnOther daily items are also available - such as milk, bread, hats, sunnies, headache tablets and pet food. Prices of these items are a bit higher than in a supermarket, but that's the same in any servo anywhere.nnIt's also one of the seemingly rare places that sells sugar-free Mountain Dew. This is important to us non-coffee drinkers lol. They are small bottles and dear for the size unfortunately, but at least they have them. I seriously drive past other servos to go to this one, most of the time, just to buy this drink. Just a shame this petrol station does not sell No Doze.nnPetrol prices are, on average, either on par or sometimes cheaper than other servos in the area.
