Fantastic traditional style service - friendly and knowledgeable staff, with a great range of quality and comfortable shoes. Really happy with my shoes - the hardest part was choosing from a range of fabulous colours. Clearly a much-loved local gem of a shop.

I've been buying shoes here for at least 20 years, and have always come away satisfied that I've bought quality shoes that will be comfortable and stylish throughout their life. With "difficult" feet, Mclaughlan's have made my life so much easier - and always with a smile.
The service and attention is second to none. Where other stores lose interest after your specific requirements take more work, not this one. The women today went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with both a specific requirement and fit that also suited my taste in shoes. Thankyou.
