Had a pit stop on the bikes today on way to the coast. Always great to see the Golden Arches on our travels. Knowing in autumn / winter you can get hot food, Hot drinks and somewhere warm to thaw out when out on the bikes. Plus toilets on site and a free large car park to use. Seemed very quite today unless we were early than normal. Food and drink the usual McDonald's fare. Can't knock the breakfast it fills you up nicely and is a great way to start the day. Can use the app to order food and have it brought to you, Or use the counter or the screens by the front door.
Can't believe there was more fries and burgers on the floor than on the tables. Whilst I appreciate it was a very busy time, there is no excuse for uncleanliness. Very poor standard. Shame as it was our stop off spot on the way to the Welsh coast.
Went in Today 26th Decwith my Partner at lunch time, there were only 8 people eating their food indoors. The Gentleman asked have you ordered ? we said that we have used the Screen order before and we got our order wrong in previous visits & would prefer to order at the counter. Whilst he acknowledged us he continued to take orders to others outside while we waited at the counter. After a 10 minute wait we asked the young girl who was cleaning the tables if we could get served or we are going. Guess what ? We got ignored by serving Staff so walked out & went to Burger King. It turned out really well. We were totally greeted by friendly staff and the meal was more satisfying to be frank. Thank you burger King, you have new customers.
Another McDonald's. This one has a drive through. The McDonald's menu on offer. Sadly no coffee available without caffeine. The star are friendly and helpful. The restaurant was busy. Touch screen tablets are available to entertain children. The car park was busy with the obligatory person who took three spaces to themselves. If you like McDonald's you will enjoy your visit.
Worst Mcdonald I ever been to , food cold long wait in drive thru when it was aquiet time! Rubbish Parking: Plenty of spaces for parking when we called in
Reasonable average Maccies, can't complain
I am very disappointed in this place, I normally get a mango pineapple smoothie and it is very nice, I go today to get my drink and its not crushed up properly, its just big chunks of ice in a mcdonalds cup with some juice! Very very disappointing.
Went to order 'fast food' via drive through but had to wait 15mins for food. Complained at window of drive through and woman manager gave nothing but attitude. Poor young girl tasked in finding car was giving wrong number plate 1 digit so had been walking around with my food for 5mins. Refused to take food whilst husband was complaining inside. Male assistant manager was polite and friendly and gave refund. Young girl went back in and was collared by girl at window of drive through who wanted to know what was going on and then had the audacity to roll her eyes! Not a happy customer!!
3rd time in 2 months we have used the drive thru and it's the 3rd time our order has had something missing. So from now on we will go over the road to burger king we were always happy with the people who took the order it's just the end product that's the problem. Vegetarian options: The plant burger is very nice
Visited last week in the heatwave, aircon not on, ordered 2 flat white coffees and one was very weak, the other just milk with hardly any colour! Should have complained but on a deadline. Usually nice to be fair.
