Wow takes me back to the way burgers used to be...burger with the lot on a traditional hamburger bun. Was sooo delicious and the chips are crispy and tasty too. Will definitely be coming back here for my hamburger fixes in the future!

Deans is a Newtown institution, a family business that's been around forever and for good reason. Perfect for the end of a night or a weekend lunch, the amount of choice you get in burger fillings and sauces guarantee you'll get the burger of your dreams.
Got a wrap and burger. The wrap was good but the burger is overpriced and bad. Thin patty so barely any chicken in there , very old buns and too much unnecessary chili. I brought this up with the chef and he completely dismissed me saying ‘that’s just how it is’
Finally. I walked in and said could I please have an old fashioned burger. Meat iceberg lettuce onion tomato and beetroot on a hamburger bun. Yes! Better than any of the other over engineered brioche ridden burger joints in Newtown.

Sydney has been flooded by American style burgers ... Dean's is perhaps the last joint in Sydney where U can get a megatasty old school Aussie hamburger... having said that they have all styles of burgers , including Vegan plus fish , chips ...all the good stuff.
