Don't open dine-in if you're painting. The children's toys I selected in the self-service ordering machine showed that the book column was out of stock. But when I opened the box, I was given a book. When I asked the staff, they said that the store didn't have the latest toys. Then why did the store put up posters of the latest toys? Don't use us as a tool to clear inventory! ! ! ! It's so unprofessional! ! And the Happy Meals are more expensive than other stores! ! The service doesn't keep up with your prices
Every time I have come I have had a great experience, staff are friendly. Food is quick and yum.nnToday was super busy and I was in and out in less than 5. CRAZY!?!nnNot sure what could have happened to get an average of 3 stars but it's a 5 for me.
Waited 25 mins for 2 McFlurry and 2 apple pies, staff seemed far more interested in serving Uber and Door Dash than the actual customers who come into their store. Manager even put down my receipt after I asked for a refund and went back to packing Uber orders instead of giving me a refund.
My Kiwi Burger combo overall was very good. The drink seemed watered down, the fries were a tad cold and the burger was good but lacked flavour. However, the customer service was very good especially the hassle-free order and receiving my food on time.
Pulled up to the drive-through, not too busy. However, did not appear to be moving after waiting for a couple of minutes. I left the line and parked up to order inside. To my surprise my food was ready in less than qn1.5 mins.nnFood was well presented by Macdonalds standards. 4 stars due to apparent lack of service in drive through compared to in-store
