On my visit today I ordered egg and bacon muffin meal, with a latte and a hot cakes. I mentioned that previously they had forgotten items in my order. It was early in the morning, before 7 am, and there weren't many people there. I went through the drive thru, and was asked to go to the waiting bay. It wasn't long before my order arrived, hardly worth going to waiting bay. When I got home, guess what?yep no hash brown with my meal, also muffin and hot cakes are barely warm. Coffee was good, but a little cool. Do they have food cooked before you get there? Breakfast is the only food I will buy there after receiving an Angus burger that was stone cold and RAW on a previous occasion. I have complained several times, but it makes no difference. Do the owners care about their customers? It is only a matter of time before they are sued for food poisoning, when they are happy to serve cold mince beef. It's no wonder the staff don't care. And after reading all the reviews, you must be losing business as well. It makes Stawell look bad and gives the town a bad review as well. Maybe you need some competition, it might put you out of business. If I am ill in the next few days I will put it down to your food, my muffin tasted a little strange this morning, almost like it was bacon out of date, or some chemical residue on your equipment, a metallic taste. Do the owners read these reviews, they should, if so, then I suggest you lift your game, for your own sake if not your customers. It would be nice to get a response from you. I do hope you take on board what is happening in your business, and act on it to improve the standard.

"Order and take a seat; we deliver to you". Yeah, right. Not in Maccas Stawell, though. Come and pick up yourself! Also... "Hi, how are you?" is so easy. Why not use it. Oh, and 3 people ignoring us standing at the counter for about 1.5 minutes is not good for business. Perhaps employ a manager (or get rid of the current one).... The coffee was good.

Probably the worse McDonald's I have visited. Plenty of staff but no one actually serving. Staff eating and drinking while working in front of the store manager. Store manager actually served us at the counter and you can tell where the staff get their poor service skills from. "Yeah what do you want" was how we were greeted then proceeded to yell at staff at the opposite end of the store. Junior staff obviously given no direction or shown and leadership. Poor service... so many staff wondering around doing nothing yet customers waiting to be served.. and the food was old and my order was wrong. Wont bother stopping here again.

Slow, slow, slow. Food quality could be better, some items have been sitting longer than should. Cleanliness could also be improved. Especially behind the espresso machine.

I just got some lunch from here and it was absolutely delicious. The service was also great, the restaurant was nice and clean, the staff were all upbeat and very friendly. Well done.
