Staff is rude with no ethics at all. When asked why theyre out of sauce for a week I got told that they dont do stocks. Wont have soft drinks for days too. Would never recommend anyone this pathetic place. Food is also unhygienic.
When I waited for my soft serve cone for 10 minutes, I asked the staff about my order with my order number. They responded, ‘Did you pay?’ After I said yes, they asked me to check again. Of course I had paid; otherwise, how would I have received an order number? This is so rude. if I want free food, I would prefer to order something more expensive, not two 50 cents ice cream!
Just had the worst chips/fries of my life here. They were a little hard, lukewarm, and all around quite sad. It was a large order too, so I had a large portion of the most pathetic chips I've ever had at a McDonald's, internationally
If I could give zero stars, I would!nnI ordered two burgers online, and they gave me a chicken burger instead of the Filet-O-Fish I ordered. I tried calling the store, but no one ever answered. I had no choice but to drive back myself to get it fixed. When I finally got the correct burger, it came without proper packaging, and the bun was hard as a rock! On top of that, the large fries were only half full.nnVery poor food quality. Avoid this location at all costs.
On today’s shift there was a young boy who was very anxious in cafe, when he asked the manager for help she was rude and gave him a disgusting response and still did not provide him with help. When her staff spoke to her or asked for any assistance her responses to her staff out of line. This made the atmosphere very uncomfortable and made her staff feel very low to the point they felt the need to apologise to customers. I expressed the boy was doing a great job. The leadership presented on todays shift was appalling
