Went to McDonald's in Nunawading for breakfast and a drink.nConveniently located on the corner with easy and plenty of parking spots.nOrdered some breakfast combos. Sausage and egg McMuffin combo with tomato sauce, hash brown and a latte. The McMuffin was nice and fresh, though it was really light on the tomato sauce despite adding extra, which would've made it better.nThe hash brown was excellent and cooked well with a nice crisp and soft insides.nCoffees were standard.nWould go back to Nunawading McDonald's.
Our order came after 36 minutes, yes it was busy but not in the way that you wait 36 mins in a fast food restaurant!! The order came with a missing item!nAnd finally, look at the photo how they provide sauce!! They charge people for this big mac saucenThe worse experience ever had in McDonald.
“I ordered a breakfast combo and upgraded to a large coke for an extra fee, but the coke wasn't even full! Why do I pay for a large and only get a medium? What's the point of upgrading? Plus, the fries are obviously not fresh - they're all squishy, so why am I going to McDonald's for fries? Overall, it's bad.
Worst Maccas ever. Firstly I placed my order and a team member mentioned they can’t make it at that time which is not fine but it’s okay. I requested to adjust the order or do a refund so I can make a different order. The supervisor/manager or a senior staff member at the time acted like it’s my fault and was giving us an attitude the whole time. She was extremely rude and that was the last thing I wanted to see early morning.nThen I got my food and the food was thrown all over my bag. Please fix these problems. Having senior staff members like that is utterly disappointing.
Sometimes, I stop by this McDonald's before work to grab a coffee or breakfast. The staff here are impressively fast and efficient. I never have to wait long to get my order, which is a great convenience when I'm in a hurry.nnThere's a recurring issue with the self-order kiosks. They frequently run out of paper, so they can't print receipts. This can be quite frustrating, as the kiosk keeps asking if I want to try printing again instead of just displaying my order number. It would be much more efficient if the system simply showed the order number on the screen, eliminating the need to repeatedly attempt printing a receipt.
